Im very disappointed by service. I bought my new Hyundai I20 Active(HR26DA2299) just after 7 months of use a bubble appeared on one of the tyre. I logged a complaint ref no. Q2807170257 on 28th July17 . After few days surveyor came and said I might have given extra pressure on tyre that is why air bubble came off. I dont imagine such response from your so called engineer. I am also an engineer from IIT and I have never ever come across with such person. This is really not acceptable I mean when my tyre comes under warranty it should be replaced. Given reason is not at all acceptable. Can someone look into this issue and resolve. If I do not get replacement I will give very bad feedback to hyundai automobile company and I will make sure they stop using your tyre.
